My Path To REIKI
In February of 2013, I found myself with a broken heart. After I shed the tears and pulled myself up to the floor, I knew that the power to heal my heart was innate, and there begun my path with rei-ki. During this ongoing transformation I learned the power of presence and how to offer myself the same care and attention I gave to friends, my job, family, and every other distraction.
In this journey, I have witnessed people be able to show up more fully in who they are and how they express themselves to the world. I have seen trauma held deeply within the body release its grips and allow for forgiveness and resolution. I have seen physical ailments diminish at the very spot of love and attention.
I meet you where you are - without judgement - and with compassionate understanding. Together we can walk on the path along your healing journey.
I am compassionate, present and connected. For me reiki is as simple as the air we breathe and is an accessible and easy tool for all to connect with the divine source of life and energy. I deeply believe we are all healers.

Intro to Sensual Reiki
In this course, we explore reiki with the intention of connection, intimacy and sensuality. Sensual Reiki can be a transformative tool in connecting with the energy that exists between and individual and/or partner(s). In this course, we will explore basics of reiki, self-care tools and fundamentals of sensual reiki touch. This course can be taken alone or with a partner.
Reiki Bondage
This new modality that explores the intersection between reiki healing, often supported with crystal healing, and the practice of bondage. The addition of rope bondage allows another avenue to see and explore the energy, where energetic blockages may exist, or what areas - either physical, emotional, or mental - are craving more attention.
