Welcome to Awaken, a four-week journey that invites us to explore the depths of ourselves, our pleasure, our power, and our connection to a Source greater than ourselves.

In this month long journey, we will discover how pleasure can be a gateway to divine connection to the juiciness of life.

Through this 4-week transformation, we will guide and facilitate a journey into sacred intimacy. Each week will include a different focus, meditation, demonstration and homework to strengthen your personal connection to intimacy while consciously creating a space for courage, exploration and personal growth. Each Thursday evening session will include a 1-hour workshop and an additional 20 minute Q & A.

Week 1 - Intro To Sacred Intimacy: We explore our connection to intimacy as a reflection of our spiritual journey. We will reflect on our past experiences with intimacy, and honor our journey into the world of sacred intimacy with ourselves and others.

Week 2 - The Physical Body: This week we dive into the physical sensations of the body that ground us into the present moment and allow us to dive into the depths of our pleasure. We will explore, learn and practice tools to heighten the experience of self-touch, sensual massage and erotic reiki.

Week 3 - Mental Body - As our body awaken, so then we begin to connect with the mind as a powerful tool to heighten connection and presence. We’ll explore themes of power and control through the lens of kink and conscious BDSM theory and practice to invite new layers of intimacy.

Week 4 - Emotional body - As we come to connect the body, and mind, as we connect through love we find harmony in ourselves and our connection to others. We will ground ourselves within the vibration of love and end our journey with a collective ritual of self-intimacy, love and care.
